We do not collect any personal information. Packlist Pro is designed to work entirely offline and locally on your device.

• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information to use Packlist Pro.
• No Location Data: We do not access or track your location.
• No Contact Access: We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal data.
• No Analytics: We do not use any analytics or tracking services.
• No Advertising: We do not display ads or use advertising identifiers.

3. Data Storage

All your packing lists, items, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using iOS's built-in data storage mechanisms (UserDefaults and JSON encoding).

This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to any servers
• Is not accessible to us or any third parties
• Is deleted when you uninstall the app

4. In-App Purchases

If you choose to upgrade to Packlist Pro (the paid version), the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store.

• We do not have access to your payment information
• We do not have access to your credit card details
• We do not have access to your Apple ID
• Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle purchase transactions

5. Third-Party Services

Packlist Pro uses the following Apple frameworks:

• StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases (handled by Apple)
• SwiftUI: For the user interface

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user information with third parties because we do not collect any user information.

When you use the "Share List" feature, you control what information is shared and with whom. The sharing is performed through iOS's native share sheet, and we do not have access to or store any shared content.

7. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings. We recommend:

• Using a passcode or Face ID/Touch ID on your device
• Keeping your iOS updated to the latest version
• Enabling device encryption (enabled by default on iOS)
• Regularly backing up your device through iCloud or iTunes

8. Children's Privacy

Packlist Pro does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13 years of age. The app is safe for users of all ages and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

9. Your Rights

Since we don't collect any data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete from our systems. All your data is stored locally on your device and can be:

• Viewed: Within the app at any time
• Modified: By editing your lists and items
• Deleted: By deleting lists within the app or uninstalling the app
• Exported: Using the share feature
