How do I create a new packing list?

Tap the "New List" button on the home screen to create a custom list, or tap "Use Template" to start with one of our 10 pre-made templates. Give your list a name, choose an icon, and start adding items!

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

The free version includes 2 custom lists with up to 15 items each, plus full access to all 10 templates with unlimited items. Pro ($4.99 one-time) unlocks unlimited custom lists and unlimited items per list.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Go to Settings (gear icon) and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Where is my data stored?

All your packing lists are stored locally on your device. We don't have access to your data, and it never leaves your phone. We recommend backing up your device regularly through iCloud or iTunes.

How do I share a list?

Open any list, tap the menu button (three dots), and select "Share List". This will open the iOS share sheet where you can send your list via Messages, Email, or any other app.

Can I reuse a list for another trip?

Yes! Open your list, tap the menu button, and select "Reset All". This will uncheck all items so you can use the same list again. You can also duplicate a list by swiping left on it from the home screen.

How do I delete a list?

On the home screen, swipe left on any list to reveal the delete option. Tap the red trash icon to delete the list. This action cannot be undone.

Is there a dark mode?

Yes! Go to Settings (gear icon) and toggle "Dark Mode" on or off. Your preference is saved automatically.

I lost my data after reinstalling. Can you recover it?

Unfortunately, since all data is stored locally on your device, we cannot recover data after the app is deleted. We recommend backing up your device regularly to prevent data loss.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your purchase, and request a refund.
